  • A joint venture
  • An agency relationship

Between RGV Cargo Traders and any buyer or seller, except strictly as a trade intermediary.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Enter into contracts directly with counterparties at their own discretion
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and trade requirements 

RGV Cargo Traders is not responsible for verifying the commercial viability, financial standing, or performance of any counterparty beyond basic facilitation checks.

4. Trade Transactions

All trade transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing
  • Quantity
  • Quality
  • Delivery
  • Inspection
  • Payment terms

Are agreed directly between the buyer and seller.

RGV Cargo Traders shall not be liable for disputes, defaults, delays, losses, or damages arising from such transactions.

5. Brokerage & Fees

Any brokerage or commission payable to RGV Cargo Traders:

  • Will be agreed in writing prior to deal confirmation
  • Is charged only on successful transactions
  • Is invoiced separately in accordance with applicable tax laws

RGV Cargo Traders does not guarantee deal closure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RGV Cargo Traders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage
